Terms of Use

1. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your SeySo account. Do not share one account to get around plan limits.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the stories, ideas, captions, photos, logos, fonts and images you add or make in SeySo. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, for example to write captions, render images and keep your saved posts.

Only upload material you have the right to use. When you work from someone else’s story or post, respect their copyright and give credit where it is due.

3. Things you must not do

You must not use SeySo to:

• make or share content that is illegal in Malaysia, defamatory, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or that harasses others;
• scam, mislead or impersonate people or businesses;
• send spam or bulk automated requests;
• try to break into, overload, copy or reverse engineer the service;
• resell access to the service without our written permission.

4. AI-written text

Captions, titles and ideas are written with Google Gemini. AI text can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. Read and edit it before you post. You are responsible for what you publish.

SeySo does not make AI images: images are laid out from your own photos and the assets in the app.

5. Plans, trial and payments

SeySo has Free, Plus and Pro plans. The current limits and prices are shown in the app and may change; a change does not affect a pass you have already paid for.

New workspaces get a free Plus trial (7 days by default). When it ends, the workspace moves to Free unless you buy a pass.

Plus and Pro are prepaid passes for 30 days or one year, paid in Malaysian ringgit through toyyibPay (FPX). A pass starts, or extends an active pass, once the payment is confirmed. Passes never renew automatically.

Payments are not refundable, except where Malaysian law requires a refund. When a pass ends, the workspace moves to Free and your data stays.

6. The service

We work to keep SeySo running well, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of images and captions you care about.

7. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, reach or followers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending use

You can stop using SeySo at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms. Sections 2, 7 and 10 continue to apply after your account ends.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page and tell you in the app about important changes. Using SeySo after a change means you accept the new terms.
